Company Passport

Maintain once.
Respond with context.

Answer the next counterparty without rebuilding your company’s response from scattered files. Maintain facts, documents and answers, then decide what is appropriate to share with this recipient.

A policy, certificate or standard answer needs context: the legal entity it describes, its owner, its version, when it was reviewed and who may receive it.

Company Passport brings that context into the response process. A new version is reviewed on its own merits; it does not silently replace an earlier disclosure or inherit its approval.

Maintained information

Company overview

Description, legal entities and key markets

Ownership information

Shareholders, beneficial ownership and control

Security policy

Information security, data handling and review dates

A deliberate disclosure, every time.

Maintaining information and sharing it are separate actions. The intended response flow keeps both understandable.

01

Maintain the source

Create or upload a material, assign an owner, attach its supporting context and clear the exact version for the intended audience.

02

Prepare the response

Match an incoming question to maintained facts, answers and document versions. Highlight missing information and request the internal input that is still needed.

03

Choose the disclosure

Select the recipient, purpose and exact material. Review the permitted actions and expiry, and inspect the final selection before sending.

04

Keep the history

Preserve what was disclosed and which version was used. Treat a revised document or a recipient’s follow-up as new work with its own history.

A response for this counterparty.

Maintaining information and sharing it are separate responsibilities. We discuss the intended controls and current scope privately, in the context of your team’s needs.

Explore the fit with your team.

Product walkthroughs take place in private meetings. Start with the workflow you want to improve, and we’ll discuss the relevant scope and current availability.

Arrange a private discussion

Make repeated questions easier to answer.

When several counterparties ask similar questions, maintained answers and materials can reduce repeated preparation while preserving a separate disclosure for each relationship.

The sender controls its outgoing information.

Decide which approved versions are appropriate for the request, who may access them and what needs additional internal approval.

The recipient owns its review decision.

Receiving a Passport response does not mean accepting it. The recipient evaluates that information against its own purpose, policy and scope.

Control without misleading promises.

Is Company Passport a certification?

No. It organises and supports disclosure of company information. It does not provide a universal verified-company badge or guarantee acceptance by a counterparty.

Can I revoke something I shared?

The intended control model restricts future authorised access. It cannot recall a downloaded copy or override a recipient’s legitimate retention obligations. The actual access and download controls must be confirmed for a pilot.

Does every counterparty see the same material?

No. Each disclosure should identify its recipient, purpose and selected resource versions. Maintaining one source does not give every recipient access to the whole Passport.

Can we keep internal assessments private?

Yes—that separation is a core product requirement. Your assessment of another company is different from the approved material describing your own company.
