Beyond contact management
A CRM records the commercial relationship. Ma’at’s focus is the work needed to establish, expand and maintain it.
The platform
Getting a partner live takes more than a checklist. Ma’at is being built to connect the teams, information and decisions that move a relationship from an open question to an accountable next step.

Keep your specialist tools. The missing piece is often the shared context between the people using them—not another place to store files.
A CRM records the commercial relationship. Ma’at’s focus is the work needed to establish, expand and maintain it.
Documents, answers and technical checks matter because they answer a question. Keep that question, its owner and the next decision connected.
Identity, screening, signing and banking tools keep their own roles. Ma’at is not a substitute for regulatory verification or a bank.
From first question to continuing relationship
A relationship can have several reviews over time. Each review answers a bounded question and keeps its own scope, requirements and outcome.
Start with the correct legal entities and the question being reviewed. Make the market, service, facility or transaction explicit, so everyone works against the same scope.
Set the information and judgments the case needs. Assign an owner to each requirement, use an appropriate template and identify what is missing.
Ask the right contacts for documents, answers or clarification. The intended workflow gives recipients a scoped response space, with requests and revisions kept together.
Inspect the exact source version against its requirement. Accept it for the stated purpose, ask for changes or record why it does not cover the question.
Keep the authorised decision-maker, rationale, supporting evidence, scope and conditions together. Case completion and operational activation remain separate actions.
Keep obligations and changes visible. In a later case, assess the applicability of earlier work and identify what needs new evidence or another decision.
From information to action
The goal is to connect company context, review responsibilities and what happens next—without confusing information received with a decision made.
A private conversation
Product walkthroughs take place in private meetings. Start with the workflow you want to improve, and we’ll discuss the relevant scope and current availability.
Arrange a private discussionThe compounding value
A maintained company record helps a team avoid reconstructing context. Reuse requires a fresh judgment about permissions, source validity and the new scope.
May still apply
Previously supplied company facts, ownership information and contacts may provide a starting point when their versions, permissions and validity remain appropriate.
Needs a new review
Operating permissions, settlement arrangements, limits and technical checks may be different. The receiving reviewer records what is covered and what remains open.
The historical decision keeps its original basis. A changed source can create current follow-up without rewriting what was decided before.
Two sides of the relationship
Your outgoing company information and your assessment of another company serve different purposes. Ma’at keeps the distinction explicit.
Your own maintained facts, approved materials and standard answers, assembled into recipient-specific responses.
Your internal findings, risk notes, commercial context and decision rationale, within the authorised reviewing organisation.
Conditions, review dates, exceptions and ownership attached to the relationship after the immediate case is resolved.
Common questions
Documents and tasks support the workflow. Ma’at’s purpose is to connect them to the requirement being answered, the source version reviewed and the human judgment made for a particular scope.
The alpha includes evidence-scoped AI review: source-linked suggestions about one evidence item, not an approval. Broader assistance is product direction. People make the decisions; provider and data-processing terms must be agreed for the actual environment.
No. A received response, accepted evidence, a human decision and operational activation are different events. Readiness depends on the authority, scope and conditions of the decision.
Ma’at is in alpha. We are developing and testing the product and speaking with teams about focused evaluations. Walkthroughs take place in private meetings. Availability, controls and data terms must be agreed for each evaluation; this website is not approval for confidential institutional use.
Institutional pilots
Bring a recurring workflow, the people responsible and an outcome worth testing. We’ll work through where Ma’at could help.
