The enquiry form requests your email address, organisation, workflow and a short message. Your name is optional. We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.

Form answers remain in the current page’s memory until you submit. We do not save a draft in browser storage; reloading clears it. There are no document uploads. Do not include customer records, credentials, bank details or confidential institutional information.

When available, opening the form requests a short-lived submission reference and loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. On submission, the server validates the request and sends a plain-text notification through Resend to the Ma’at contact mailbox. Successful submission means that the email service accepted the message, not that someone has read it.

The website does not create a customer workspace, sign you up to a service or accept you into a pilot. If the form is unavailable, the email link opens your email application and you decide what to send.

Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Abuse controls use keyed representations of network addresses and email addresses, with short-lived counters in Upstash, the shared rate-limiting service. These are pseudonymous controls, not anonymous data.

Enquiries and replies are held in the email service and contact mailbox for follow-up. Server application events record the submission reference and outcome, not the message body or email address. Provider and hosting logs are separate. Please contact us about access, correction or deletion, or to request details of the applicable retention and processing arrangements.

Acknowledging a contact request is not consent to unrelated marketing. No automated reply is sent to an unverified address supplied in the form.

The public website and authenticated workspace have separate purposes. Workspace access is separate from this public website. Please request product demonstrations through a private discussion.

Any institutional use requires agreement on deployment, permitted information, processing, retention and contractual terms before confidential information is introduced.
